Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Trainer to deliver professional training to students, working professionals, and aspiring SAP consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG, a good understanding of master data governance processes, data quality, data modeling, and workflow configuration, and the ability to explain SAP functionalities through practical examples and real-time business scenarios.

The candidate should be capable of delivering structured training sessions, conducting hands-on exercises, and guiding learners through SAP MDG configuration, master data management processes, and industry-relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP MDG concepts, functionalities, and architecture.
- Explain master data governance principles, data quality, and data management processes.
- Train learners on master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, Material, and Finance, based on expertise.
- Provide training on change requests, workflow configuration, and approval processes.
- Explain data modeling, data structures, data replication, and data validation.
- Cover business rules, derivations, validations, and data enrichment.
- Train learners on user interfaces, role-based access, and governance processes.
- Explain data consolidation, mass processing, and master data replication scenarios.
- Provide training on SAP MDG integration with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
- Introduce learners to SAP MDG configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.




- Guide learners through real-time scenarios, case studies, and project-based exercises.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Solid hands-on experience in SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
- Good understanding of master data management and governance concepts.
- Knowledge of SAP MDG data modeling and change request processes.
- Experience with workflow configuration and approval processes.
- Understanding of data validation, derivation, enrichment, and data quality rules.
- Knowledge of master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Material.
- Familiarity with SAP MDG on SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ERP environments.
- Understanding of integration and data replication between SAP systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain functional and technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an SAP MDG Consultant, Master Data Management Consultant, or SAP MDG Trainer.
- Experience in SAP MDG implementation, configuration, rollout, or support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP MDG-F (Financial Master Data Governance) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Partner, Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI), and data migration.
- Technical knowledge of ABAP, BRFplus, or SAP Fiori is beneficial for technical training roles.
- Experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹468,000.00 - ₹1,790,000.00 per year
