About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional with hands-on experience in managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate should be capable of handling the complete campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
2. Handle campaign strategy, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding.
3. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
4. Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
5. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences,



and campaign strategies.
6. Manage campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
7. Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and optimize advertising spend.
8. Prepare regular reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and improvement areas.

Required Skills
1. Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
2. Strong understanding of the end-to-end campaign management process.
3. Ability to interpret performance metrics and distinguish between effective and underperforming campaigns.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
5. Ability to independently manage campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
6. Good understanding of advertising budgets, tracking, and performance reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
