About the Role

Shadithya Psychiatric Hospital is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital advertising, create engaging designs, strengthen our online presence, and report campaign performance to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design posters, social media creatives, and promotional materials for hospital services, events, and recruitment.
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and monitor advertising budgets.
- Maintain a social media content calendar and coordinate timely publishing.
- Track reach, engagement, enquiries, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.




- Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure content is accurate, professional, and sensitive to mental health.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and paid advertising.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Ability to analyse campaign results and prepare clear reports.
- Robust communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
- Healthcare marketing experience is an added advantage.
