Matrimony.com is looking for candidates with a graduation in any discipline and at least 1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Relationship Management. The role involves understanding customer requirements, helping customers find suitable matrimonial profiles, providing quality service to paid members, searching and shortlisting profiles, coordinating meetings between members, managing customer portfolios with regular follow-ups, generating revenue through current customer acquisition and renewals, maintaining service quality, and preparing weekly and monthly reports. The job location is Coastal Chambers, Ravipuram, Kochi. The salary package is ₹2.88 LPA to ₹3.51 LPA, along with attractive performance-based incentives averaging ₹5,000 per month, subject to eligibility.
