Product QC Executive

Industry: Mobile Accessories (Product‑Based)

Location: Tardeo, Mumbai

Employment: Full‑Time

Salary: Upto 30k (As per experience, knowledge, skills and interview)

Role Summary

Ensure mobile accessories meet company quality standards before dispatch & after vendor receipt. Handle inspection, testing, defect analysis & supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Incoming QC: Inspect vendor products, verify specs, packaging, accessories.

* Final QC: Check labelling, barcode, IMEI/serial nos., sample inspections.

* Product Testing: Charging, battery, Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi, audio, ports, cables, chargers, earphones, power banks.

* Defect Analysis: Identify & categorize defects, root cause, supplier follow‑up.

* Documentation: Maintain QC reports, rejected product records, audit docs.

* Vendor Mgmt: Communicate issues, replacements, warranty claims.

* Process Improvement: Suggest inspection improvements,



reduce returns.

Skills Needed

* Knowledge of mobile accessories & QC techniques

* Defect identification & problem‑solving

* MS Excel & ERP basics

* Attention to detail & communication skills

Qualification

* Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or any Graduate

* QC certification preferred

Experience

* 3–5 yrs QC/Product Inspection

* Mobile/Electronics/Consumer accessories industry preferred

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
