Key Responsibilities
- · Engage with warm leads to promote discounted vacation packages
- · Build rapport with prospective clients over the phone
- · Match guests with suitable holiday options based on their preferences
- · Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- · Meet and exceed performance targets
- · Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
- · Diploma or equivalent
- · Solid verbal communication skills in Japanese
- · Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality
- · Active listening and questioning skills
- · Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
