Qualification : DME / BE / B.tech (Mech)

- Strategic Quality Planning: Establish and execute the enterprise-wide QA strategy, quality roadmaps, and policy frameworks aligned with corporate and customer goals.
- Quality Management Systems (QMS): Design, implement, and maintain quality systems in compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, IATF 16949, or relevant sector regulations.
- End-to-End Process Oversight: Oversee quality integration across the entire lifecycle—from pre-production and raw material/vendor inspection to in-process manufacturing, final testing, and dispatch.
- Team Leadership & KPIs: Manage, mentor, and evaluate QA/QC engineers and managers, setting clear department key performance indicators (KPIs) for defect rates, first-pass yield (FPY), and cycle times.
- Audit & Compliance Management:



Plan and lead internal audits, supplier/vendor audits, and regulatory inspections, ensuring full traceability and documentation readiness (such as lab calibrations and SAP/ERP data entries).
- Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions: Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) workflows, and Six Sigma/Lean initiatives to eliminate scrap, rework, and waste.
- Escalation Handling: Act as the ultimate escalation point for critical customer complaints, major quality non-conformances, and safety or compliance breaches.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
