Oraya AI builds voice AI and automation that helps auto dealerships and insurance agencies answer every call, follow up with every lead, and close more business. We are a small, fast-moving team where one smart person with the right AI tools can change the revenue numbers in a week.

THE ROLE

We're hiring 2 Tech Interns to sit between our tech, marketing and sales teams. Your job is straightforward to say and hard to do: use AI tools and automation to help Oraya reach more people, start more conversations, and bring in revenue. You'll build and run outreach systems, try your own ideas, and ship things that actually get used.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and run outbound engines: cold email campaigns, SMS campaigns, cold-calling / voice AI workflows, and lead lists

- Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, Grok and similar to research leads, write copy, automate tasks and build small internal tools

- Support the sales team with prospect research, follow-up sequences, CRM clean-up and reporting

- Support the marketing team with content, landing pages, and campaign testing

- Bring your own ideas and initiatives to grow revenue, test them quickly, and report what worked

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Projects matter more than your college name. Show us what you've built.

- Strong plus: you've built anything that reaches out to and communicates with real people, e.g.



an email outbound campaign, SMS campaign, cold-calling setup, chatbot, lead-generation tool or growth automation

- Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, Grok, Cursor, etc.) and comfortable learning new platforms fast

- Basic coding or no-code automation skills (Python/JavaScript, Zapier/Make/n8n, APIs) are a plus

- Clear communicator, self-starter, thinks in terms of results and revenue
