Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational week-offs
Salary:
* In-Hand: ₹24,900 – ₹33,700 per month
* Gross: ₹28,000 – ₹37,500 per month
Job Description:
* Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
* Assist customers with service-related concerns and provide accurate information.
* Maintain customer records and follow process guidelines.
* Ensure high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
* Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working night shifts.
HSC and Graduate freshers are welcome.
