Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound HVAC Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities, handle client requirements, and promote HVAC products and solutions. The candidate should have good technical knowledge along with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities and develop potential clients.
- Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and project sites for business development.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, purchase, and project teams.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Study market trends,
competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-up and provide timely updates to management.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and applications.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in HVAC / MEP / Air Conditioning / Engineering Sales will be preferred. Freshers with robust technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered depending on the requirement.
Salary: UPTO 50,000/-
