Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned project sites daily and supervise day-to-day work against approved designs and quality standards
- Inspect incoming finishing and MEP material deliveries against orders and specifications
- Supervise vendor installation teams on site
- Monitor trade teams on timelines, safety and specifications, and flag delays early
- Resolve in office roadblocks quickly with architects, contractors and vendors
- Track daily progress across all active sites
- Send daily and weekly progress reports with site logs and photos to management and project architects
- Update site status in the project tracker after every visit
What You'll Need
- 2+ years in site supervision, site execution or interior fit-out
- Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings
- Strong on-site problem-solving and disciplined reporting habits
- Good communication in Tamil and working English
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle for daily multi-site travel
How We'll Measure Success
- Daily site reports and logs sent on time and accurate
- Site milestones completed on schedule
- Specification deviations caught and reported before handover
- Vendor issues closed within the agreed time
