We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily retail store operations, manage the sales team, and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor KPIs such as ATV, UPT, and conversion rate.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Maintain proper stock management, inventory accuracy, and billing procedures.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum Plus Two or Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in retail sales or store management.
- Positive leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 + Incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
