We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented HCC Medical Coders to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records, identifying relevant diagnoses, assigning accurate ICD-10-CM codes, and ensuring proper documentation to support Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review medical records and clinical documentation.
- Identify and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes.
- Perform HCC coding and risk adjustment activities.
- Ensure coding accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing documentation and potential coding discrepancies.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility
- 11 months to 2 years of relevant medical coding experience.
