Supersonic Marketing is a home textile and home décor export house. We’re hiring a Purchase Manager to own fabric buying end to end. You’ll find the right mills, get the right rates, and make sure material reaches production when it should. Late fabric costs us more than expensive fabric, so timing matters as much as price.

What you’ll do

- Buy fabric for export orders (cotton, polyester, blends, yarn-dyed, printed and dyed) as per buyer and merchandiser requirements
- Find new mills, weavers and processors. Keep the current vendors sharp on price, quality and delivery
- Negotiate rates, payment terms and lead times. Compare quotes properly, not just on the lowest number
- Raise POs on time and follow up until goods land
- Work with Merchandising on costing and fabric availability before orders are confirmed
- Coordinate with QC on inspection, test reports and rejections, and settle claims with vendors
- Maintain vendor rate lists, purchase records and pending-order trackers
- Work with Accounts on vendor bills and payment schedules




- Tell production about delays early, with a plan attached

What we need from you

- 4 to 5 years of fabric, accessories, packing material purchase experience, ideally in home textile, home furnishing or garment export
- Strong fabric knowledge: construction, GSM, count, width, shrinkage, finishing, common defects
- Proven negotiation skills and a working network of fabric suppliers
- Good with Excel and ERP or purchase software
- Transparent understanding of export order cycles and buyer deadlines
- Graduate in any stream (textile background is a plus)
- Comfortable speaking Hindi and English with vendors and internal teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
