AI Tools & Automation Specialist

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy AI Tools & Automation Specialist with a strong IT background and practical knowledge of modern Artificial Intelligence platforms.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging AI software to improve productivity, automate daily tasks, solve technical problems, and develop innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Platforms: Strong knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-powered productivity and automation tools.
- AI Implementation: Research, evaluate, and implement new AI tools to improve business efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Automation & Integration: Develop automated workflows connecting Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, APIs, and other business applications.
- IT & Technical Skills: Troubleshoot software, handle technical integrations, and assist with Python scripts, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
- Data Management: Create automated reports, dashboards,



and data analysis solutions using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Use AI tools to develop creative solutions, streamline business processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- AI Research: Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, software, and automation platforms.

Required Skills

- Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and other major AI platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
- Good understanding of APIs, software integration, and workflow automation.
- Strong logical thinking, creativity, technical problem-solving, and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages will be an added advantage.
