Job Summary

We are looking for a vigilant, disciplined, and responsible Security Guard to join our team at Country Inn Smart Stays, Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, visitors, and property while ensuring a safe and secure environment within the premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry and exit of guests, visitors, employees, and vendors.
- Maintain security at the hotel entrance, lobby, parking area, and other designated locations.
- Conduct regular security rounds and monitor hotel premises for any suspicious activities.
- Maintain visitor registers, security logs, and daily incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security policies and standard operating procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security-related incidents.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure guest safety.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, where applicable,



and report any security concerns to the concerned authority.
- Assist guests and visitors whenever required while maintaining qualified conduct.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in hotel security or the hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and fire safety.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Physically fit, alert, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Food: Provided by the hotel.
- Accommodation: Not provided.
- Joining: Immediate.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
