Rational Engineers Limited is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Fresher to join our HR & Administration team for our Greenfield Project setup.
If you are a fresh graduate looking to build a strong career in Industrial HR, this is the right platform. Complete practical on-the-job training in plant HR operations, contract labor management, and compliances will be provided directly under the guidance of our Head of Department (HOD) – HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Manpower Handling: Coordinate daily labor mobilization, shift deployment, and vendor coordination.
- Attendance & Gate Pass: Track daily workforce attendance, biometric punches, KYC/identity verification, and gate pass management.
- Daily Reporting: Assist in preparing the Daily Manpower Report (DMR) in MS Excel.
- HR Documentation: Support the HOD with new employee onboarding, filing, and basic statutory registers.
- Site Support: Coordinate basic worker welfare and safety gear (PPE) distribution at the site.
Who Should Apply:
- Qualification: MSW, MBA (HR), BBA, or any Bachelor’s Degree (2024 / 2025 / 2026 Batch freshers preferred).
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
- Languages: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory to communicate with the site workforce and contractors; functional English for reporting.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, active on-site presence, and good communication skills.
