1. Job Purpose

To supervise and coordinate the installation of stainless steel handrails at construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed according to approved designs, measurements, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Site Supervision & Installation

- Supervise the installation of stainless steel handrails at residential, commercial, and other construction projects.
- Monitor handrail installation, including SS pipe handrails, glass handrails with stainless steel fittings, and other railing systems.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, fixing, welding, polishing, and finishing.
- Coordinate with construction contractors, builders, engineers, and clients at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and measurements.

B. Measurement & Material Management

- Take accurate site measurements and prepare measurement reports.
- Verify site dimensions before fabrication and installation.
- Prepare material requirements for SS pipes, fittings, brackets, glass, fasteners, and other accessories.
- Coordinate with the office and fabrication team for timely material supply.
- Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and maintain proper records of materials received and used.

C. Manpower & Work Coordination

- Assign daily duties to installation workers, welders, helpers, and other site staff.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, work progress, and discipline.
- Coordinate with the fabrication team to ensure materials are ready before installation.
- Ensure workers complete assigned tasks within the scheduled timeline.

D. Quality Control & Safety

- Inspect the quality of installation, welding, polishing, alignment, and finishing.




- Ensure handrails are securely fixed and meet project specifications.
- Follow construction-site safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report installation defects, site issues, and technical problems to management.
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized after completion.

E. Project Reporting & Customer Coordination

- Prepare daily site progress reports with photographs.
- Report material requirements, manpower needs, delays, and additional work to management.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors regarding site access, measurements, installation schedules, and handover.
- Obtain client feedback and report complaints or rectification requirements.
- Ensure completed work is inspected and handed over properly.

3. Qualifications & Experience

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in stainless steel handrails, glass railings, metal fabrication, or construction installation.
- Practical knowledge of stainless steel handrail installation, welding, drilling, fixing, and finishing.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand measurements.




- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

4. Required Skills

- Strong site management and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of construction-site procedures and safety practices.
- Ability to manage workers and complete work within deadlines.
- Basic reporting skills using WhatsApp, Excel, or other digital tools.
- Attention to measurement accuracy, finishing quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.

5. Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of handrail installation projects.
- Accuracy of measurements and material requirements.
- Quality of installation and finishing.
- Effective manpower utilization and control of material wastage.
- Compliance with site safety requirements.
- Timely submission of daily reports and photographs.
- Customer satisfaction and reduction in rework or complaints.

6. Reporting To

Operations Manager / Project Manager / Management.

7. Working Conditions

- Full-time position involving regular visits to construction sites.
- Must be comfortable working in active construction environments.
- May require travel between project locations and coordination with workers outside the office.

8. Candidate Profile

We are looking for a responsible, technically capable, and proactive Site Supervisor who can independently manage stainless steel handrail installation sites, coordinate workers, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely and on time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
