Golden Swan Country Club is a Yeoor Hills, Thane-based hospitality company. We're growing our team across operations, sales and landscape functions and are looking for a reliable remote recruiter to help us screen and interview candidates efficiently.
Role Summary
We're looking for an experienced Remote Interviewer / Recruitment Screening Specialist to conduct first-round interviews with candidates applying to our open positions. You'll evaluate candidates against role requirements, take structured notes, and forward shortlists with clear recommendations — all working remotely on a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video/phone screening interviews with candidates for various roles
- Ask structured, role-specific questions and assess candidates against a provided scorecard/checklist
- Verify basic qualifications, experience, and availability
- Summarize each interview in a written evaluation and submit within 24 hours
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates via phone/email/WhatsApp
- Flag strong candidates for a second round with the hiring manager
- Maintain candidate confidentiality and provide a professional first impression of the company
Requirements
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Comfortable conducting interviews over video call (Google Meet/Zoom/whatsapp) and phone
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls
- Organized, punctual, and comfortable working independently on a versatile schedule
- Experience hiring for hospitality roles is a strong plus but not mandatory
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
