Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loans & Overdraft (OD)
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire current customers for Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) facilities.
- Contact potential customers through calls, field visits, references, and other sales channels.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, processing fees, and repayment terms.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and banking teams for application processing and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers from lead generation to final loan approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for Personal Loans and OD products.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide assistance throughout the loan application process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and KYC requirements.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.
