Telesales ExecutiveJob Overview

We are hiring a Telesales Executive with 0-5 years of experience to handle customer calls, promote company products/services, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into sales. The candidate should have strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to generate leads for interior design, renovation, furniture, and related services.
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and project expectations.
- Explain the company’s interior services and generate interest among prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and identify customers with genuine project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and Interior Design Team for qualified leads.
- Schedule client meetings, consultations, and site visits.
- Follow up regularly with leads, enquiries, appointments, site visits, and quotations.
- Maintain daily calling reports, customer details, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Share customer requirements and updates with the Sales Team.




- Assist the Sales Team in converting qualified leads into confirmed projects.
- Handle basic customer-related administrative work, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, and sales conversion activities.
- Achieve assigned targets for calls, lead generation, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.

Eligibility

- Experience: 0-5 years in Telesales / Telecalling / Sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Languages: Tamil & English.
- Any Graduate.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- PF + ESI.
