Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavior Therapist, located in Bengaluru. The Behavior Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs for children with developmental and behavioral issues. Day to-day tasks include conducting individual therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, documenting progress, and providing guidance to families.



The role also involves staying updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in Clinical Assessment and Behavioral Therapy

Skills in Developing and Implementing Treatment Programs

Ability to Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team and Communicate Effectively Experience with Documenting Progress and Providing Family Guidance Knowledge of Latest Therapeutic Techniques and Interventions

Solid Interpersonal Skills and Empathy

Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field

Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
