Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Trainer with strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, PowerShell, Docker and Kubernetes. The trainer should be capable of delivering practical, industry-oriented training with real-time projects, hands-on implementation and troubleshooting exercises.

Technical Skills

Azure Fundamentals & Administration

- Microsoft Azure Portal, Subscriptions, Resource Groups, Regions and Availability Zones.
- Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Subnets, NSGs, IP Addressing and Storage Accounts.
- Microsoft Entra ID, Users, Groups and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Git & Version Control

- Git Installation, Configuration, Clone, Commit, Push and Pull.
- Branching, Merging and Conflict Resolution.
- GitHub, Azure Repos, Pull Requests, Code Reviews and Branch Policies.

Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines

- Azure DevOps Organization, Project Setup, Boards, Repos and Pipelines.
- YAML Syntax, Pipeline Structure, Triggers, Variables and Parameters.
- Microsoft-Hosted and Self-Hosted Agents, Agent Pools and Service Connections.
- Build Automation, Automated Testing, Multi-Stage Pipelines and Pipeline Artifacts.
- Deployment to Azure App Service and Virtual Machines.
- Approval Gates, Deployment Strategies, Rollbacks and Release Management.

Terraform & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Terraform Installation and Azure Provider Configuration.
- Resources, Variables, Outputs, Data Sources and Reusable Modules.
- State Management and Remote Backend.
- Provisioning Azure VMs, Virtual Networks and Storage.
- Terraform Plan, Apply and Destroy.
- Terraform Automation through Azure DevOps Pipelines.

PowerShell & Azure Automation

- PowerShell Commands, Variables, Loops, Functions and Scripting.
- Error Handling, Logging and Troubleshooting.

- Scheduling and executing automation scripts through Azure DevOps Pipelines.

Docker, Kubernetes & AKS

- Docker Architecture, Images, Containers and Dockerfile Creation.
- Azure Container Registry (ACR).
- Kubernetes Architecture, Pods, Deployments, Services and ConfigMaps.
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Fundamentals.
- Container Deployment through Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Container Troubleshooting and Application Updates.

Azure Security & Monitoring

- Azure RBAC, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities and Service Principals.
- Azure Key Vault and Secrets Management.
- Secure Pipeline Variables and Service Connections.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured, hands-on Azure DevOps training from fundamentals to advanced concepts.
- Demonstrate CI/CD pipeline creation, YAML configuration and automated deployments.




- Guide learners through Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning and PowerShell automation.
- Provide practical exercises using Docker, Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Explain Azure security, Key Vault, monitoring and troubleshooting practices.
- Conduct real-time projects, assignments and practical assessments.
- Help learners troubleshoot technical issues and implement industry-standard DevOps practices.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure.
- Practical expertise in CI/CD pipelines, YAML, Git and Azure Repos.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Solid scripting knowledge in PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and AKS.
- Understanding of Azure security, Key Vault, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to demonstrate real-time projects and end-to-end implementations.
- Good communication and practical training skills.
- Relevant industry and project experience is preferred.

Employment Type

Part-Time / Freelance – Online Only

- Weekdays: 1 hour per day.
- Weekends: 2 hours per day.
- Training Mode: Online / Remote.
- Trainers can choose either the weekday or weekend schedule based on their availability.

Compensation

Revenue Share based on student enrollment. Payment after successful completion of the training program.
