Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cross-Functional Project Manager to support the GIFT City Phase 2 and India banking programme. The role involves coordinating across Business, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Client Onboarding and Technology teams to establish end-to-end business processes, resolve dependencies and ensure operational readiness.

The ideal candidate will have strong banking domain knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills and experience driving complex programmes across multiple functions in a large banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align business requirements, processes and operating models.
- Drive end-to-end process integration across Corporate Banking, Lending, Operations and supporting functions.
- Facilitate discussions between Finance, Treasury, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps, system dependencies, unclear ownership and operational readiness issues.
- Coordinate funding, accounting, GL mapping, SAP/GBS dependencies and Treasury-related workflows.
- Support client onboarding, AML/KYC, Financial Crime controls, regulatory reporting and data-readiness activities.
- Manage dependencies across platforms, including Intellect Design and related upstream/downstream systems.
- Document workflows, functional requirements, process hand-offs, decisions and action items.
- Track programme risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution.




- Conduct stakeholder meetings and working sessions to drive decisions and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, operational processes, system readiness and control requirements.
- Provide regular progress updates, highlight escalations and support overall programme governance.

Required Skills and Experience

- 10–15+ years of experience in banking, programme management, business transformation or complex project delivery.
- Robust understanding of Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Lending or banking operations.
- Experience coordinating across multiple functions in a large bank or banking transformation programme.
- Good understanding of Finance, Treasury, accounting, regulatory reporting, Risk and Compliance processes.
- Exposure to client onboarding, AML/KYC, Financial Crime controls and reference/static data is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, dependency management and issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical discussions into clear processes and actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication, documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in large MNC banks, Corporate Banking transformation, GIFT City programmes, India banking operations or front-to-back process integration will be preferred.
