We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at our project site , ensure work quality, manage site workers, and maintain safety standards. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership skills and hands-on experience in site supervision, particularly in construction/interior fit-out/renovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise workers and subcontractors.
- Help project managers to plan work.
- Manage orders and deliveries of construction materials.
- Organise workers schedules and check work is carried out safely.
- Complete records for site reports.
- Able to read construction plans.
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes.
- Proficiency with AUTOCAD.
- Able to multi-task.
- Impeccable problem solving skills.
- Working closely with design teams to plan and visualise construction projects.
- Completion of work as per time schedule.
EDUCATION:
DIPLOMA(Required)
EXPERIENCE:
1 year of supervising experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
