Job Summary ‎ ‎

Muthoot Finance is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our Personal Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Converting the business from the company - Generated leads, promoting personal loan products, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

‎ ‎Key Responsibilities ‎

- ‎Work on company-generated leads to convert prospective customers into successful personal loan disbursements. No cold calling or self-sourcing is required, as qualified leads will be provided by the company. ‎
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices. ‎Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and referral sources.
- ‎Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment options to prospective customers.
- ‎Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful loan disbursements. ‎
- Coordinate with the credit, operations, and documentation teams for smooth loan processing.
- ‎Ensure accurate collection and verification of customer documents. ‎Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices. ‎




- Provide excellent post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. ‎

‎Required Qualifications ‎ ‎

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- ‎0–3 years of experience in sales, BFSI, personal loans, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
- ‎Freshers with strong communication and Negotiation skills can apply. ‎ ‎

- ‎Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ‎Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- ‎Target-driven with a proactive attitude. ‎
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- ‎Basic computer knowledge. ‎
