Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, monitor project progress, and manage site teams effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent site coordination skills, and the ability to deliver projects within the defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of civil, structural, and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.

2. Quality Control

- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction defects.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and corrective actions.

3. Planning & Progress Monitoring

- Prepare daily work schedules and monitor site progress against project milestones.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective measures.
- Submit daily progress reports, manpower details, and material consumption reports to the reporting manager.

4. Material & Manpower Management

- Plan and monitor material requirements to avoid shortages and wastage.
- Manage labour deployment and ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
- Verify material quality and coordinate timely procurement and delivery.

5. Drawing & Technical Coordination

- Read and interpret architectural, structural,



and civil drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and resolve technical issues in consultation with the concerned team.

6. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction regulations.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
- Ensure workers follow the required safety practices and use appropriate protective equipment.

7. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain site records, measurement books, material registers, and work progress documentation.
- Verify work measurements and support billing and quantity verification.
- Report site issues, progress updates, and resource requirements to management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Experience in contractor, labour, and material management.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and site safety practices.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in residential, villa, or building construction.
- Experience in independently managing day-to-day site activities.
- Solid focus on quality, productivity, cost control, and timely project delivery.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
