About the Role
BJS Home Delivery is looking for customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to resolve customer queries while ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to deliveries, orders, and shipment status through calls and emails.
- Provide timely updates regarding delivery schedules, delays, and other service-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams and drivers to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company procedures and service quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant customer service experience can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational US/UK shifts.
- Willingness to work 5.5 days per week, with 6-day working during probation, as applicable.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
