Active Designs is looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Designer (Age 30-50, 10+ years experience) with proven expertise in delivering high-quality, cutting-edge designs, estimates and working drawings on time. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Master Plan updation, BOQ preparation, material selection with clients, bi-weekly site visits for quality checks as per drawings, and maintaining proper documentation including Request Register, MOMs, and daily/weekly reports in coordination with PMs, SA/QC and Studio teams.

Eligibility: Age 30 to 50 Years

Experience: 10+ Years

- Deliver high-quality, innovative designs, estimates and working drawings on time.Obtain necessary approvals for the same.
- Maintain Request Register.,Ensure timely updation of Master Plan, Studio Files and Site Files in the server.Timely updation of Master Plan in server




- ReportingSubmit Daily EOD Report and Weekly Studio Report
- Site & Quality Management,Bi-weekly site visits to check work execution as per issued drawings.
- Coordinate with SA / QC for quality compliance.
- Client & Project CoordinationMaterial selection and BOQ finalization with clients.
- MOM updation with PM / Project Coordinators after client and site meetings.

Residential / Commercial - construction and interior industry experience is must.
