Job Title: Senior Credit Officer – NBFC (LAP & Vehicle Loans)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Officer for our NBFC to manage credit appraisal and loan assessment for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Vehicle Loans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate loan applications, borrower profiles, credit bureau reports, and repayment capacity.
- Conduct credit appraisal, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Assess property documents, valuation reports, and legal verification for LAP cases.
- Evaluate vehicle loan proposals, income documents, and repayment capacity.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s credit policies and lending guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, and field investigation teams.
- Recommend loan approvals, rejections, and appropriate credit limits.




- Monitor portfolio quality and identify potential credit risks.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in an NBFC, bank, or financial institution.
- Experience in LAP and vehicle loan credit appraisal is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of credit bureau reports, financial analysis, and loan documentation.
- Good analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
