About the Position

B2B Campus is seeking a people-oriented and result-driven professional to help prospective students choose suitable educational and career-development programs. The selected candidate will manage student enquiries, provide course guidance, maintain communication with potential learners, and support the complete enrolment journey.

Candidates with a background in education, career guidance, training institutes, or student admissions will be well suited for this opportunity.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with potential students and identify their educational and professional goals.
- Recommend relevant training programs based on individual interests and career plans.
- Provide accurate information about course modules, admission requirements, duration, and fees.
- Manage incoming enquiries and generate interest through outbound calling.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective students until the enrolment decision is made.
- Address concerns, clarify doubts, and guide candidates through the registration process.
- Update lead databases and maintain records of counselling interactions and conversion status.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Track enrolment progress and work towards assigned monthly performance goals.




- Build trust with students and parents through helpful, professional communication.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in education counselling, admissions, career guidance, or education sales.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in handling telephone enquiries and face-to-face counselling.
- Practical understanding of lead follow-ups and student conversion processes.
- Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and student database management.
- A customer-focused mindset with good organization and follow-through.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Candidate Preferences

- Experience with colleges, qualified training centres, coaching institutes, or skill-development organizations.
- Candidates residing in Bathinda or within a convenient commuting distance.
- Professionals who can manage student interactions independently and efficiently.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
