We are a Delhi-based company with 10+ years of international business experience, launching a new export-focused manufacturing venture in decorative lighting, origami paper lamps, and home decor products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and coordinate with paper suppliers, material vendors, and manufacturing partners.
- Manage product sampling, prototype development, costing, and production timelines.
- Source suitable paper, adhesives, lighting components, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and OEM/ODM manufacturers.
- Visit factories, check sample quality, and maintain supplier documentation.
- Support the development of products suitable for international markets.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in product development, sourcing, merchandising, or manufacturing coordination.
- Experience in home decor, decorative lighting, handicrafts, paper products, or export manufacturing preferred.




- Good supplier negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable with factory visits across Delhi NCR.
- Ability to manage product development from concept to finished sample.

Important: We are looking for someone with practical product-development and sourcing experience, not purely purchasing or office administration experience.
