About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Content Creator with strong knowledge of the stock market. You will turn complex financial topics, such as market trends, technical analysis, IPOs, and trading strategies, into engaging, accurate, and easy-to-understand video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

- Edit long-form videos (market analysis, educational series, webinars) and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, daily market updates).
- Add motion graphics, animated charts, lower thirds, captions, and sound design.
- Maintain consistent brand style, pacing, and visual quality across all videos.

Content Creation

- Research and script content on topics such as stock analysis, sector trends, IPOs, mutual funds, F&O; basics, and market news.
- Present or voice over videos when required.
- Convert complex financial concepts into simple, engaging storytelling.

Market Awareness

- Track daily market movements, earnings, economic data, and regulatory updates (SEBI, RBI, etc.).
- Produce timely content around major market events such as Budget, results season, and policy announcements.
- Ensure accuracy of all data, charts, and figures shown in videos.

Compliance & Quality

- Follow regulatory guidelines and avoid misleading claims, guaranteed-return language, or unauthorized investment advice.
- Include appropriate disclaimers in content.

Analytics & Growth

- Track video performance (views, watch time, CTR, engagement) and optimize content strategy.




- Create thumbnails, titles, and hooks that improve reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and research teams on content calendars.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in video editing and content creation (finance niche preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for thumbnails and graphics.
- Strong understanding of the stock market: technical and fundamental analysis, candlestick charts, indicators, and market terminology.
- Familiarity with tools like TradingView, Screener, NSE/BSE websites, and Bloomberg/Moneycontrol.
- Excellent scriptwriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and social media algorithms.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving news environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Mass Communication, or related field.
- NISM certifications (e.g., Series VIII, XV) or similar.
- On-camera presence or voice-over experience.
- Experience with AI editing tools and animated data visualization.
- Portfolio or channel showcasing finance-related content.
