About the Role

B K Infraservices Pvt. Ltd.is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and technically proficient Project Head to lead and manage construction projects at Alibag. The ideal candidate should possess strong site management capabilities, sound technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to independently execute projects from inception to completion.

The candidate must be capable of building and inspiring high-performing teams, coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that all project activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, budgets, and timelines.

We are looking for a proactive professional with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, who can anticipate site challenges, identify root causes, develop practical and effective solutions, and drive timely project completion. The candidate should demonstrate ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and workmanship.





The role requires a hands-on leader who can take complete ownership of project execution, build a strong site team, resolve technical and operational challenges, and deliver projects successfully from start to handover

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6–10 years of relevant construction project management experience.

Must have successfully completed at least 10 construction projects or sites.

Must have experience handling projects with a minimum individual project budget of ₹10 crore.

Strong technical knowledge of construction activities, execution, planning and site management.

Proven ability to manage construction sites independently from start to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all site operations, labor, contractors, subcontractors and vendors.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards and productivity.

Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, clients and management.

Monitor material procurement, inventory, manpower deployment and resource utilization.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, labor regulations and quality standards.

Identify technical issues,



resolve site-level challenges and report critical matters to management.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

Control project costs and minimize material wastage and execution delays.

Ensure timely project completion and a smooth handover to the client.

Required Skills
