We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, and attendance management. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, sourcing, and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and timesheet management.
- Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support payroll processing and employee documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment activities.
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and employees.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Educational Qualification
- Any degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
