GenZ Mastery Information Technology is looking for motivated Telecalling Executives to join our team. Candidates will communicate with potential customers, explain our IT services, generate leads, and support business development activities.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided or authorized contact data.
- Explain the company's IT services and business solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain daily call and lead reports.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams.

Requirements

- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil and/or English.
- Willingness to learn sales and customer communication.
- A smartphone or computer and a stable internet connection.
- Freshers are welcome.

Salary Details

Full-Time: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month
Part-Time: ₹10,000–₹13,000 per month

Salary and incentives depend on the agreed employment terms, working hours, responsibilities, and performance.



Confirmed compensation will be communicated during recruitment.

Working Hours

- Full-Time: 8 hours per day.
- Part time: 4 hours per day.
- Fixed shift timings will be communicated before joining.

Three-Day Trial

Candidates may be asked to complete a 3-day practical assessment to evaluate communication skills, customer handling, lead generation, and reporting.

Trial conditions, including whether the assessment is paid or unpaid, will be disclosed before participation. Selection depends on performance; completing the trial does not guarantee employment.
