Cytoscan Intelligence Technologies builds software that helps businesses (Medical & Retail) run their operations: billing, reconciliation, staff management and reporting, in place of spreadsheets and paperwork. We’re incubated at Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (Govt. Of India) & supported by Kerala Startup Mission, and growing quickly across India.
The role
You’ll be the person a client meets once they’re interested. You’ll show them our software in the context of their own business, get them live, and make sure their team actually uses it. You own the stretch from “booked a demo” to “using our product every day.”
What you’ll do
- Run product demos for business owners and managers on Google Meet and in person at the client’s site, tailored to how each business operates
- Handle questions and objections during demos, and follow up until the client decides
- Onboard new clients: set up accounts, configure the product, add their staff, and import their existing data
- Train owners,
managers and frontline staff until they’re confident using the product on their own
- Stay close to each current client for their first 30 days and catch anyone drifting back to old habits
- Keep a record of every demo and onboarding status
- Turn client feedback, feature requests and friction points into clear notes for the product team
- Maintain demo scripts, help videos and onboarding checklists
What we’re looking for
- Fluent Malayalam & English. Hindi, Tamil or Kannada is a plus.
- Comfortable with software and with explaining it to people who aren’t
- Willing to travel to client sites across India.
- Patient, organised, and someone who follows up without being chased
How we’ll measure success
- Demo-to-paid conversion rate
- Time from signup to go-live
- Clients still actively using the product at 60 days
What you get
Salary: ₹3,00,000 per year, plus incentives for every client who converts and stays live
