Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Back Office Executive with 5–6 years of relevant experience in the logistics and transportation industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating back-office activities, maintaining operational records, preparing MIS reports, handling documentation, and supporting the sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day back-office activities related to logistics operations.

Maintain and update customer, shipment, billing, and operational records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales and operations.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Billing, Accounts, and Customer Service teams.

Track shipments, delivery status, PODs, pending documents, and other operational requirements.

Maintain accurate records of invoices, PODs, quotations, customer documents, and other logistics-related paperwork.

Prepare quotations, rate sheets, business reports, and other documents as required.

Monitor pending activities and follow up with respective departments for timely closure.

Handle customer data and provide required information to internal teams.

Assist management with reports, presentations, data analysis, and operational updates.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of customer and shipment records.

Identify discrepancies in data, billing, shipment details, or documentation and coordinate for resolution.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into ERP/HRMS/TMS or other company systems.





Support management in preparing performance reports and business analysis.

Perform any other back-office and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

5–6 years of experience in a Back Office / MIS / Operations Support role in the Logistics or Transportation industry.

Strong knowledge of logistics processes and documentation.

Good command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, and basic data analysis.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Solid coordination and follow-up skills.

Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience with logistics ERP/TMS software will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from Logistics, Transportation, Courier, Freight Forwarding, FTL/PTL, or Supply Chain companies will be preferred.

Should have good knowledge of shipment tracking, POD management, billing coordination, MIS, and customer documentation.

Should be proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.

Strong coordination with multiple departments is essential.

Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports.

Data accuracy and documentation.

Timely closure of pending operational activities.

Coordination with internal departments.

Timely submission of reports and updates.

Overall efficiency of back-office operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
