Job Title: Export Operations Coordinator Coco Peat / Coco Substrates

Job Purpose

To coordinate and monitor the complete export process, from order confirmation to shipment dispatch, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, production, quality, packing, documentation, and logistics teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the complete export process from order confirmation to shipment dispatch.

2. Follow up with production and packing teams to ensure orders are completed as per customer requirements.

3. Coordinate product quality checks, moisture levels, EC, pH, compression, and packing specifications as applicable.

4. Monitor production schedules, packing status, and shipment readiness.

5. Coordinate container booking, container stuffing, transport, and shipment schedules.

6. Ensure timely preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and other export documents.

7. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.

8. Monitor Plant Quarantine (PQ), fumigation, and other required export certificates.

9.



Maintain order-wise production, packing, dispatch, and shipment tracking reports.

10. Communicate shipment status and delays to the sales team and management.

11. Identify process delays and coordinate corrective actions to ensure on-time shipments.

12. Maintain proper records of export orders, documents, and dispatch details.

Qualification

· Any degree or Diploma in Logistics, Export Management, International Business, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

· 2–5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in coco peat, coco coir, or manufacturing industries.

· Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, container stuffing, and logistics coordination.

· Good coordination and follow-up skills with production, quality, packing, and logistics teams.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and email communication.

· Solid planning, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· On-time order processing and shipment dispatch.

· Adherence to production and packing schedules.

· Accuracy of export documentation.

· Reduction in shipment delays and process errors.

· Effective coordination across departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
