Job Summary

Goldstone Hospitality is looking for physically fit, alert, disciplined, and professional Bouncers to maintain a safe and secure environment at SOMARA, a premium restaurant and restro-bar. The candidate will be responsible for entrance security, crowd management, handling disruptive behaviour, and ensuring the safety of guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage entrance security and regulate guest entry as per company policies.
- Check reservations, guest lists, and identification where required.
- Prevent unauthorized entry and manage access to restricted areas.
- Maintain order and manage crowds during peak hours, parties, and special events.
- Identify and handle intoxicated, aggressive, or disruptive guests calmly and professionally.
- De-escalate disputes and prevent altercations using verbal communication wherever possible.
- Protect guests, employees, company property, and other assets.
- Coordinate with the Senior Security Supervisor and restaurant management.
- Monitor suspicious activities and report security concerns immediately.
- Assist with queue management, VIP entry, and parking coordination when required.
- Follow emergency procedures and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
- Maintain skilled conduct, confidentiality, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Use physical intervention only when necessary,



proportionate, and lawful.

Eligibility & Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience as a Bouncer or Security Personnel.
- Experience in a hotel, premium restaurant, nightclub, bar, or event venue preferred.
- Physically fit, confident, vigilant, and disciplined.
- Strong communication and conflict-de-escalation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Knowledge of crowd management and emergency response.
- Police verification and background checks are mandatory.
- First-aid, fire-safety, or recognised security training will be an advantage.
