SNTRIX is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities for our IT services.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, email, and other online platforms.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects based on their business needs and interest in our services.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate lead records.
- Promote company services, including web development, digital marketing, UI/UX design,



and mobile app development.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with potential clients and making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of online research, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
