Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Operations Manager to manage and oversee daily last-mile delivery operations for corporate clients, including Lulu. The role involves fleet planning and deployment, route optimization, driver and transport partner coordination, delivery tracking, and team supervision to ensure timely, safe, and effective delivery of home appliances. The candidate should have strong operational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage operations independently and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage last-mile delivery operations for corporate clients, including leading brands such as Lulu, to ensure timely, safe, and efficient delivery of home appliances to end customers.

· Plan, arrange, and deploy the required fleet of trucks based on daily order volumes, delivery schedules, and approved manifests.

· Coordinate with truck owners, transport partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.

· Ensure all truck owners and transport partners comply with contractual obligations, company policies, service standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

· Prepare, review, and maintain daily and weekly MIS reports covering fleet utilization, truck movement, delivery performance, pending deliveries, and operational issues.

· Create delivery manifests and plan routes using Fleetgo software, and ensure timely updates to manifests in case of changes in loading, delivery schedules, or route requirements.

· Monitor delivery execution closely and take immediate corrective action in case of delays, vehicle breakdowns, customer complaints, or other operational issues.





· Train and guide truck drivers on company policies, service standards, safety procedures, delivery protocols, and operational requirements.

· Ensure all drivers are properly briefed before dispatch and are following the company’s process for delivery updates, proof of delivery, and status reporting.

· Ensure all drivers are actively using the company’s mobile application for delivery updates, route tracking, status marking, and operational reporting.

· Plan and coordinate additional vehicle requirements during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, festive sales periods, and urgent delivery requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.

· Coordinate with Lulu for all necessary arrangements and serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination.

· Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.

· Support in resolving customer complaints, delivery exceptions, and operational escalations in a timely and professional manner.

· Ensure proper documentation of all trips, manifests, delivery records, vehicle details, and driver information.

· Monitor vehicle availability, loading status, and dispatch readiness to avoid delays in operations.

· Follow up on pending deliveries, failed deliveries, and rescheduled deliveries to ensure closure within the committed timeline.

· Manage and supervise the team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

· Maintain discipline, punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to company standards at all times.





· Willingness to travel as and when required by the company for business and operational needs.

· The employee is expected to work proactively, take ownership of assigned tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations without supervision.

· The employee should identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

· The employee must maintain confidentiality of company data, client information, pricing details, and operational records.

· The employee should be flexible to work beyond regular hours, if required, based on business needs and delivery schedules.

· The employee must ensure compliance with all safety norms, transport regulations, and company procedures while handling operations.

· Based on business requirements, you may be required to travel to different districts or states and stay at such locations for business setup or operational activities. Accommodation and food expenses will be provided/reimbursed by the Company as per the applicable Company Policy and prescribed limits.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or last-mile delivery operations.
- Strong understanding of transportation, fleet deployment, route planning, and delivery scheduling.
- Experience in coordinating with truck owners, transport partners, drivers, and corporate clients.
- Knowledge of Fleetgo or similar fleet management software and MS Excel/MIS reporting.
- Strong team management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations independently and handle operational challenges efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different locations as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
