Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, SQL, Azure Databricks, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and MLOps.

The candidate should have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade ML/AI and GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, MLflow, and end-to-end ML pipelines.

Mandatory Skills

- 8–10 years of overall AI/ML experience
- Strong Python – Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow
- Solid SQL
- Hands-on Azure Databricks
- MLflow, Delta Lake & MLOps
- Machine Learning – Classification, Regression, Time Series, Recommendation Systems
- Generative AI – LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, Prompt Engineering / Agentic AI
- End-to-end ML pipeline development and deployment
- Model monitoring, versioning, experiment tracking and productionization
- Azure ML / Azure Data Lake / Azure Data Factory
- Git/GitHub
- GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI coding assistant

Healthcare / RCM – Preferred





Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience is highly preferred.

Knowledge of:

- Healthcare Claims Processing
- Claims Outcome Prediction
- Denials Management
- EDI 837 / 835
- Provider/Payer Workflows

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy ML, Deep Learning and GenAI solutions
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data preparation to production
- Develop RAG/LLM-based AI applications
- Perform EDA, feature engineering and model evaluation
- Implement MLOps using MLflow
- Work with Data Engineering teams on data quality and pipelines
- Monitor model performance and data/model drift
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Troubleshoot complex AI/ML and data challenges

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Azure Databricks: 5 years (Required)
