- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, lookups, data manipulation and analytical reporting.
- Power BI: Dashboard creation, data modelling and visualization.
- Good working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling and consolidating large/multiple datasets.
- Solid understanding of operational metrics and performance reporting.
- Ability to independently convert data into business insights.
Preferred
- VBA/macros, Power Query or similar automation experience.
- Exposure to workforce/capacity planning or work allocation.
- RCM operations experience.
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies
