Mice Manager:

· Lead MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales by developing business opportunities and managing relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners.

· Prepare event costings, customized proposals, and quotations while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

· Oversee end-to-end management of MICE bookings, including hotels, flights, transfers, venues, itineraries, and travel documentation.

· Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE events and resolve operational issues promptly.

· Monitor budgets, maintain accurate records, contracts, invoices, and event-related documentation while ensuring timely reporting.

· Lead and mentor the MICE team, identify recent business opportunities, and ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and service quality targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
