Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Executive to oversee daily equipment, machinery, and facility operations. In this role, you will implement preventive maintenance schedules, minimize machinery downtime, coordinate with external service vendors, and ensure complete compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance for machinery, equipment, and facility utilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Diagnose operational breakdowns and perform or supervise rapid corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain logs and documentation for maintenance schedules, utility usage, repair history, and inventory levels.
- Supervise onsite technicians, maintenance staff, and third-party vendors/contractors.
- Manage stock and procurement of spare parts, tools, and technical consumables.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies, environmental standards, and statutory regulatory compliance.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
