### Job Overview
PVR INOX is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associates to deliver an excellent movie-going and dine-in experience. The role involves guest relations, food and beverage service, ticketing assistance, and supporting smooth cinema operations.
### Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service.
- Assist guests with movie timings, ticketing, auditorium entry, and seating.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders for dine-in guests.
- Ensure timely service and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards across guest areas.
- Coordinate with the operations and F&B; teams for smooth cinema functioning.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures,
and grooming standards.
### Required Qualifications
- **Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Aviation is mandatory.**
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a guest-oriented approach.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
