We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales Officers to join our growing team in Vadodara, Surat, and Junagadh.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical OTC products to chemists, pharmacies, retailers, and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct regular field visits and implement promotional activities.
- Ensure product availability and improve product visibility in the market.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share market updates with management.
- Follow up on payments and support effective territory management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any graduate with relevant sales aptitude.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Candidates with pharmaceutical sales or OTC marketing experience will be preferred.
