Hayat International is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter with strong expertise in GCC recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting candidates for Gulf countries, particularly in healthcare and other industry sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC countries, including Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates according to client requirements.
- Handle bulk recruitment and urgent overseas hiring requirements.
- Coordinate client interviews, candidate assessments, and selection processes.
- Maintain solid communication with candidates, clients, and overseas recruitment partners.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate documentation, offer letters, visa processing, and deployment with the concerned teams.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable overseas recruitment regulations.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of suitable candidates.
- Guide junior recruiters and support the recruitment team in achieving business goals.
