About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our growing team. The role involves managing customer communication, assisting with order processing, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting day-to-day business operations to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in fashion e-commerce, customer relations, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other channels to address their queries and concerns.
- Assist customers with product details, sizing, order status, shipping updates, delivery timelines, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, pickups, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and daily operational activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other business documentation.
- Generate invoices and assist with order processing and administrative tasks.




- Handle customer feedback and help improve the overall shopping experience.
- Support the team in daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and general documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and business operations.
- Freshers are welcome; prior work experience is not mandatory.
